I did notice that parking is a concern. Parking close to the building on the east side is definitely limited. I have noticed that quite a few residents seem to find more available spaces near the south side (between the office building and your building). It might help to give that a try since there's a sidewalk that leads from the parking to the entrance by the elevator.
